You will coach leaders, manage talent planning, recruitment for hourly and salaried teams, ensure legal compliance, analyze HR metrics, and champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Human Resources team with engagement and accountability.
• Partner with Plant Leadership to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide strategic HR guidance and influence talent decisions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Coach leaders to improve communication, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
• Oversee hourly recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.
• Drive HR metrics and analytics for continuous improvement.
