Nation Security Services in Florida is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead workforce strategy for a credentialed guard force across our Florida markets. You will oversee staffing, licensing, and compliance, while partnering with operations to align scheduling with contract needs.

The role demands bilingual English/Spanish, 3–5 years HR leadership in security or logistics, and strong payroll system experience (Paycor/ADP).

Qualifications

• US citizen or national status required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field highly regarded.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of HR leadership in workforce logistics or security sectors.
• Knowledge of wage-and-hour guidelines and private protective services regulations.
• Experience with Paycor or ADP payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end staffing and candidate screening across Florida markets.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local private protective regulations.
• Manage payroll processing and leaves of absence, including FMLA.
• Mentor field supervisors on scheduling, discipline, and shift accountability.
• Audit licenses such as Florida D and G, SIDA and TWIC.
