Nation Security is seeking a dedicated Security Site Supervisor (English/Spanish) to lead daily security operations at a key property in Kendall, FL. You will oversee on-site personnel, ensure safety standards, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualified candidates are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, hold a Florida Class D license, and have prior supervisory security experience. The role requires flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays, with reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Florida Class D Security License (Required).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
• Prior supervisory experience in security, public safety, or military operations.
• Based in or accessible to Kendall, FL, with a valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with smartphones, computers, and digital reporting software.
• Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.
• Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site security operations, guide security officers, and enforce company policies and post orders.
• Conduct routine patrols, inspect facilities, monitor access points, and oversee surveillance systems.
• Act as the primary on-site responder for alarms, security incidents, and emergencies.
• Review and submit detailed daily activity logs, incident reports, and maintenance requests using digital reporting tools.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment checks for site security hardware.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for client representatives, visitors, and staff to maintain strong working relationships.
• Assist with traffic control, access management, and team scheduling adjustments as needed.
