Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in security/defense or high-volume staffing.
• Knowledge of labor standards and state private security laws.

Responsibilities

• Talent acquisition & rigorous vetting for security personnel across Florida.
• Conduct pre-employment screening, including background checks and drug testing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state/federal private security mandates and licensing.
• Manage credentialing: licenses (e.g., Florida Class D/G) and access badges (TWIC/SIDA).
• Oversee payroll data verification and end-to-end payroll processing using corporate systems (e.g., ADP).
• Advise field supervisors on performance management and disciplinary processes.
