Job summary

Gore Medical Products seeks a Director of Human Resources - Integrated Supply Chain located in the United States (Phoenix/Flagstaff options). You will drive workforce strategy, organizational design, and capability development across manufacturing and indirect labor to enable operational excellence and growth.

You will partner with ISC leadership, serve as a trusted advisor, and lead change initiatives while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory rigor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years of professional HR experience, with 5+ years in organizational design and integrated talent management.
• 5+ years of HR strategy experience within supply chain/manufacturing environments.
• Experience working internationally and partnering with commercial teams preferred.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Compensation or HR analytics experience preferred.
• Strategic thinker who executes with discipline.
• Adaptable to ambiguous, high-change environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate ISC business strategies into people and organizational priorities.
• Advise ISC senior leadership on structure, workforce capability, and culture.
• Enable end-to-end ISC performance through talent strategies.
• Build leadership capability across area, plant, and ISC teams.
• Design integrated organizational solutions to support evolving needs.
• Partner with global leadership and Centers of Excellence on talent initiatives.
• Align ISC and enterprise HR strategy with operational realities.
• Lead change initiatives in organizational design and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders on team effectiveness and development.
• Collaborate with Compensation, Talent Management, and Acquisition to execute programs.
