Job summary

W. L. Gore & Associates is seeking a Director of Human Resources for Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) to drive talent strategy and disciplined execution across direct manufacturing and indirect labor in our Phoenix/Flagstaff sites.

The role partners with ISC leaders to build a high‑performing, people‑first culture aligned to Gore’s brand promise: Together, improving life. It goes beyond traditional HR, owning workforce strategy and organizational design to enable operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including 5 years in organizational design and integrated talent management.
• Minimum of 5 years in HR strategy within supply chain/manufacturing environments.
• Experience working internationally and partnering with commercial teams is preferred.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive results in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into people and organizational priorities.
• Serve as strategic advisor to ISC senior leadership on structure, capability, succession, culture, and excellence.
• Enable end-to-end ISC performance through talent strategies.
• Build leadership capability across area, plant, function, and ISC leadership teams.
• Design integrated organizational solutions to support evolving business needs.
• Partner with global HR and Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable workforce solutions.
• Align ISC and Enterprise HR strategy with operating realities.
• Lead change initiatives in design, workforce planning, and capability development.
• Coach leaders on team effectiveness and change management.
• Collaborate with HR Services to ensure program alignment and execution.
• Model Gore’s enterprise culture as a competitive advantage.
