The role supervises HR/Payroll operations, oversees payroll processing, benefits, and compliance reporting, and leads talent acquisition and onboarding. Strong leadership and knowledge of higher education HR requirements are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, public administration or related field.
• 5+ years in HR/payroll/benefits, preferably in education or public sector.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience with ERP systems (Banner/Workday) and payroll platforms.
