Arkansas State University-Beebe is seeking a Human Resources Specialist on the Beebe campus. This exempt role develops and maintains HR and payroll processes, coordinates new hire orientation, and handles employee HR/payroll issues.

The position manages the Tuition Discount program, creates electronic forms and procedures, and ensures compliance with ADHE and state/federal employment laws. Project work and committee service are required; serves as the first contact for HR and provides admin

• Coordinate orientation, onboarding, and offboarding for all employees.
• Responsible for the Employee and Dependent Tuition Discount program.
• Oversees the Federal and Institutional Work Study Process.
• Maintains employee records and files in compliance with employment laws.
• Serves as initial contact for the Human Resources office.
• Back-up for payroll processing; assist management, faculty and staff with pay-related issues.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and staff.
