Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience in corporate or multi-unit environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing HR teams.
• Experience developing HR policies, procedures, and scalable processes.
• Experience overseeing employee lifecycle management, compensation strategies, and learning & development programs.
• Familiarity with HR systems and technologies, including payroll and recruiting platforms.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of overall HR strategy and org development initiatives.
• Manage and mentor an HR team including managers, generalists, and recruiters.
• Build and enhance HR infrastructure with policies, processes, and tech systems.
• Oversee onboarding, promotions, performance management, and lifecycle activities.
• Drive compensation strategy and Learning & Development program design.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and benefits.
• Possibly oversee Safety functions and regulatory compliance.
• Develop a long-term HR roadmap to support growth across locations.
