Ole Tyme Produce Inc in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions in a fast-paced, growing organization. You will partner with leadership to build a positive, compliant workplace and align HR programs with business objectives.

Reporting to the President/CEO, you will oversee recruiting, benefits, payroll, employee relations, training, and policy development while driving engagement and performance across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or 3+ years HR experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate employees while supporting a positive and productive workplace.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices, HR compliance, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain professional, tactful, calm, and solutions-focused when handling sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits, payroll/timekeeping, leave, compensation, personnel records, and other HR programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, insurance, and DOT requirements.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, unemployment claims, and workers’ compensation.
• Partner with managers and leadership on engagement, training, coaching, and development.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, communications, surveys, and programs.
• Monitor HR trends, metrics, and regulatory changes and advise leadership.
