Job summary

SHAPE Technologies Group is seeking a Senior HR Manager who will be the strategic HR business partner for the Flow business unit, responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance.

This onsite role in the United States requires partnering with the Segment Leader, driving HR programs, and ensuring governance across the segment. Travel up to 10% may be required, with a competitive compensation package including a base salary and bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including recruitment and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation.
• Experience managing employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, and organizational development.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and partner with segment leadership.
• Excellent communication and leadership coaching skills.
• Strong documentation and governance with audit readiness.
• Ability to align HR strategy with operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to the Segment Leader and leadership team.
• Partner with segment leadership to translate priorities into HR strategies and workforce plans.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for the segment.
• Drive performance management and talent calibration across the segment.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance, and team effectiveness.
• Oversee HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
• Support organizational design, change management, and growth initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and align with global HR initiatives.
• Maintain audit-ready HR documentation and governance.
