Job summary

SHAPE Technologies Group in Kent, WA is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager, Flow, to partner with the Segment Leader and drive HR strategy for the Flow unit.

You will lead end-to-end talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, and governance, ensuring compliant, scalable HR services across the segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience with recruitment and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and partner with the Segment Leader.
• Skilled in driving HR programs, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Maintains compliant, audit-ready HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR advisor to the Segment Leader and leadership team.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning for the Flow segment.
• Drive performance management, talent calibration, and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and governance standards.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes within the segment.
• Lead organizational design and change initiatives within Flow.
• Identify process improvements and drive HRIS and compensation governance initiatives.
