Beehive Industries is headquartered in Centennial, CO, with a Loveland, Ohio facility. The HR Director, Products & Technology, will partner with executive leaders as the strategic HRBP for the Products & Technology groups, driving organizational design and talent strategy to power American Defense.

You will lead headcount planning, global program design, and strategic talent optimization, ensuring alignment of compensation, retention initiatives, and compliance for a highly technical workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven success in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Drive business results through people and talent strategy as the primary HR liaison for Products & Technology leadership.
• Lead organizational design and change management to structure teams for maximum agility.
• Design global HR programs, processes, frameworks, and tools for the HR function.
• Own the organizational headcount budget and forecast future capability needs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing activities for your areas.
• Align compensation structures and retention initiatives with critical technical milestones.
