Beehive Industries, Loveland, OH, is seeking an HR Director, Products & Technology to partner with executive leaders and scale our defense-focused engineering teams. You will own strategic talent planning, organizational design, and global HR programs, aligning compensation and retention with critical technical milestones, while navigating security clearance requirements and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams to develop new methods with significant impact.
• Extensive experience supporting highly technical engineering teams.
• Strong track record aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US government security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Drive business results through people and talent strategy as the primary HR liaison for Products & Technology leadership.
• Lead organizational design and change management initiatives for maximum agility.
• Design global HR programs, processes, frameworks, and tools used by the HR function.
• Own the organizational headcount budget and forecast future capability needs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing activities for your functional areas.
• Identify and cultivate high-potential talent and align retention initiatives with critical milestones.
