Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in progressive HR roles.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with employment laws and employee relations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR operations and ensure compliant, employee-focused practices.
• Coach and develop HR team members; oversee leave, recruiting, and HR reporting.
• Guide leadership on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, corrective actions, and terminations.
• Manage employee relations investigations with proper documentation and confidentiality.
• Develop training, leadership development, and engagement initiatives.
• Identify and implement HR process improvements and technology enhancements.
• Monitor HR trends and provide insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
