Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources required.
• Minimum five years’ work experience in human resources.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for managers and partners, driving organizational, talent and cultural transformations.
• Drive the partner experience by coaching leaders to hire, inspire, develop and retain talent.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and stakeholders across client groups to ensure policy and practice compliance.
• Provide guidance to managers to ensure consistent application of policies and practices and ethical, compliant work environments.
• Coach managers to keep team priorities aligned with strategy and customer success.
• Engage with partners to become experts on people operations and create strong working experiences.
• Support partner development through personalized development plans and effective succession planning.
• Assist with performance development, compensation planning, and new manager Assimilations.
