Job summary

Petco is seeking a Manager, Human Resources - Field Support to lead organizational, talent and culture transformations across remote client groups. You will coach leaders to hire, inspire, develop and retain talent while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires strong HR expertise, the ability to partner with multiple HR functions, and a proactive, empathetic approach to building high-performing teams in a distributed environment. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or HR mandatory.
• Minimum five years of experience in human resources.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for managers and partners on organizational, talent and culture transformations.
• Coach leaders to hire, develop and retain talent while aligning with policy compliance.
• Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders across client groups to implement HR programs and practices.
• Provide guidance to managers to ensure consistent application of policies with 100% compliance.
• Influence hiring and partner development to create strong, high-performing teams.
