Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's is preferred.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to meet objectives.
• Union shop and labor relations experience; manufacturing context is a plus.
• Ability to develop HR policies, programs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to develop and execute HR strategies.
• Coach leadership and act as employee advocate on talent and engagement.
• Develop and execute HR plans including org design, succession, and compensation.
• Manage budgeting for training, labor, and HR services.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws.
