Job summary

DuPont is seeking an HR Site Leader in Edina, MN to provide strategic HR ownership for the site and lead transformative people initiatives. You will partner with the Americas HR Team, COEs, and business HR partners to design and deliver programs spanning attract, onboarding, development, engagement, performance, and retention.

You will champion Lean manufacturing, coach leaders, and use data insights to improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Human Resources or related discipline required; Master's preferred.
3+ years of experience in the Human Resources field.
Manufacturing experience is required.
Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive transformation in a manufacturing environment.
Strong growth mindset, learning agility, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Ability to use data and feedback to implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead site-level HR initiatives to enable business transformation and support the HR strategy.
Own the employee life cycle from hiring and onboarding through development and offboarding.
Partner with site leaders and HR teams to deliver programs and resolve issues.
Coach leaders to build high-performing, accountable teams.
Collaborate with COEs and HR Partners to advance site priorities and ensure compliance.
