Job summary

Wing Inflatables, Arcata, CA is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the U.S. People & Culture function. You will shape workforce planning, recruitment, and employee relations while partnering with site leadership to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of federal and California employment law (FEHA, CFRA, FLSA).
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (asset).

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. People & Culture strategy and align HR priorities with site leadership.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and role readiness across California.
• Provide legally grounded guidance on performance, investigations, and employee relations.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs in line with market benchmarks.
• Drive HR operations, data accuracy, and reporting via HRIS/ATS.
