Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or similar required.
• MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles with progressing responsibilities.
• California-specific HR experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR leadership and business partnership aligned to site objectives.
• Translate business plans into HR strategic and operational plans; manage HR budget.
• Drive workforce planning and identify talent gaps; build succession pipelines.
• Enhance employee experience through onboarding, development, recognition, and relations.
• Coach leaders on performance, engagement, and change management; design training programs.
