Job summary

Minnesota Cannabis Services in Edina, MN, is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee benefits, employee relations, workforce planning, learning & development, and compliance. This 100% on-site role partners with operations to deliver world-class programs across multiple states.

You will manage benefits, investigations, payroll coordination, onboarding, retention, and training while guiding HR associates and liaising with vendors. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years HR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or HR field.
• 3 years experience using HRIS/HCM software.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local law (HR).
• Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and organizational aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits administration and vendor coordination.
• Manage workplace investigations related to harassment and safety.
• Lead workforce planning and staffing across locations.
• Design and deliver learning & development programs and onboarding.
• Support payroll processes and attendance policies.
• Coach and develop HR associates to ensure high performance.
