Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 10+ years HR and labor relations experience.
• Experience with unionized environments and collective bargaining.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR systems.
• Proven conflict resolution and investigations skills.
• Driver license and ability to travel as needed.
