Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years HR and/or recruiting experience, preferably gov contracting or regulated environments.
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for multiple positions and levels.
• Strong HR compliance understanding and practice.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work with executives, managers, and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and contract-supported positions from requisition to onboarding.
• Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified government contract candidates.
• Partner with program managers and leadership to understand staffing requirements and labor categories.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, platforms, referrals, and associations.
• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Perform reference checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment screening.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and recruiting tracker.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions aligned with contract requirements.
• Monitor recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and staffing progress.
• Support staffing for federal, state, and local government contracts.
• Maintain personnel records for contract compliance and audits.
• Ensure employee qualifications and documentation are current.
