Job summary

Fortune Fish International seeks a Human Resources Generalist based in Windsor, Wisconsin, to support the Texas Operations Division and the Central Region as needed. The role travels periodically to Houston, TX to partner with local leadership and provide on‑site HR support for divisional initiatives.

Responsibilities include talent acquisition, development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and engagement, collaborating with leaders across locations to drive HR

Qualifications

3–5 years HR Generalist experience supporting a team of 100+ employees.
Undergraduate degree in business or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; conversational Spanish.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment activities: posting, screening, interviewing, offers, and testing.
Oversee benefits enrollment and answer questions.
Prepare and maintain employee files in HRIS with proper retention.
Facilitate communication between Texas division and management; support problem solving and disputes.
Coach managers and employees on employment practices; build relations across locations.
Assist with separations and terminations.
Perform other duties as required by HR Manager.
