Job summary

Fortune Fish International is seeking a Human Resources Generalist based in Windsor, Wisconsin, with periodic travel to Houston, Texas. The role supports Texas operations and the Central Region with talent acquisition, development, performance management, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, an undergraduate business degree, and strong English communication skills; Spanish is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience supporting 100+ employees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; conversational Spanish.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities: posting, screening, interviewing, offers, and pre-employment testing.
• Manage benefits enrollments and respond to benefit questions.
• Maintain employee files in HRIS; ensure accurate records and retention.
• Facilitate communication between Texas and other divisions; coach managers and staff on employment practices.
• Assist with employee separations and terminations; support HR initiatives and projects.
