Job summary

Fortune Fish International seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support the Texas Operations Division while based in Windsor, WI. Occasional travel to Houston will be required to support divisional initiatives and on-site HR support.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience supporting a team of 100+ employees.
Undergraduate degree in business or related field.
Strong communication skills and ability to take on special projects or additional duties.
Excellent verbal and written English with conversational Spanish.
Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment activities: post positions, screen candidates, interview coordination, offers, and pre-employment testing.
Oversee employee benefits enrollments and answer benefit-related questions.
Maintain all employee files in the HRIS and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Facilitate communication among Texas division and management; coach employees on employment practices.
Assist management with separations/terminations and other duties as needed by HR Manager.
