Fusion Transport is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3 years HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding: partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Recruitment and onboarding: post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Recruitment and onboarding: facilitate onboarding for new hires, including orientation and training.
• Employee relations: serve as a point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
• Employee relations: mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or with management.
• Employee relations: promote a positive work environment and engagement.
• Performance management: assist in development and implementation of performance systems.
• Performance management: support evaluations and provide feedback on performance issues.
