Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in the United States is seeking an HR Generalist to align business objectives with employees and management.

You will manage onboarding, recruitment, employee relations, investigations, and HR policy partnerships to support the organization’s goals. You will lead reference checks, onboarding activities, reports, and investigations, while coaching managers on performance and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Human Resources.
• Strong communication skills in-person, on the phone, and written.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting and onboarding tasks: reference checks, interviews, assessments, new-hire paperwork.
• Provide full life-cycle HR support: offers, onboarding, requisitions, candidate management.
• Process documentation and reporting on staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and evaluations.
• Investigate employee issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Coach managers and employees on relations issues and performance management guidance.
• Monitor timecard audits, turnover, and progressive discipline; analyze trends with HR team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; coordinate with legal.
• Maintain day-to-day HR operations and ensure accurate HR records.
