Job summary

DP World is seeking an HR Generalist to support multiple warehouse and distribution center locations, including Coppell, TX, Chicago, IL and Aurora, CO. You will serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership, drive HR strategy, and handle daily HR operations across a dispersed, high-volume workforce.

You will partner with site leaders to align people strategies with business goals, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure consistent, compliant employee experiences across all sites.

Qualifications

• Answer routine inquiries involving HR information such as wages, attendance, and policies.
• Participate in recruitment by reviewing resumes, posting jobs, interviewing candidates, and coordinating new hire communications.
• Conduct new hire orientation and support safety training and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Answer routine inquiries involving HR information on topics like disciplines, records, wages, absences, hiring, and policies.
• Participate in recruitment process: review resumes, post jobs, interview candidates, conduct orientation and training, complete new hire paperwork.
• Conduct new hire (safety) orientation for new employees and ongoing risk assessments.
