Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as the primary HR leader for our Denver distribution center and support 2-3 additional locations. The role focuses on workforce planning, leadership development, employee relations, and policy implementation in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting partnerships, performance improvement facilitation, acquisitions HR integration, and building credibility with associates and leaders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in HR within distribution/logistics/supply chain.
• Experience leading HR teams and driving performance improvements.
• Experience with HRIS and workforce management systems (Workday, Kronos).
• Ability to coach leaders, manage employee relations, and handle investigations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Staffing Department to address business employment needs and recruit for functional areas.
• Collaborate with leadership on development and facilitation of individual and divisional performance improvement.
• Integrate HR policies during acquisitions to ensure smooth transitions.
• Build internal partnerships to resolve associate relations issues.
• Communicate the organizational vision to align the workforce with business goals.
• Develop and implement performance management plans with business leadership.
• Assess and deliver training to limit legal exposure for the area.
• Serve as primary HR contact between associates and management across sites.
