Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Houston, TX, is seeking an HR Generalist & Labor Relations Specialist to lead HR functions for WG Houston and THI locations. You will manage HR records, policy interpretation, union relations and data integrity across HRIS systems.

The role covers recruiting, onboarding, off-boarding, wage administration, and compliance with federal/state laws. Office environment, travel 0-10%, hours 7:30a-4:30p, on-site role with Union engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in HR and labor relations preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR duties including record keeping and policy interpretation.
• Administer data entry, reporting and compliance in HRIS.
• Manage Union Collective Bargaining Agreement wage increases for IAM/IBEW.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding processes.
• Provide guidance on labor relations and employee investigations.
• Support training, payroll accuracy and attendance audits.
