Job summary

Precision Castparts is seeking an HR professional to support the implementation and execution of HR functions across Houston and THI locations. The role focuses on accurate record keeping, regulatory compliance, and timely data entry into the HRIS system.

The position involves handling routine HR duties, communications, and collaboration with the HR Director to ensure smooth HR operations and policy adherence across sites.

Qualifications

• Maintain employee personnel files and ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Process HR transactions into the HRIS system in a timely manner to support payroll accuracy and data integrity.
• Report generation and maintenance of various HR reports on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office operations related to HR functions including mail handling, catering, meeting arrangements, and cost reconciliation for department activities.
• Create and distribute company announcements and communications, and ensure adherence to department procedures and policies.
• Partner with HR Director and manage HR functions for WG Houston and THI locations.
• Maintain records for full-time and contract employees across multiple sites, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
