Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a seasoned HR leader to partner with senior executives across multiple hospitals and integrated services. The role drives change management, workforce planning, culture transformation and organizational effectiveness to deliver strategic business outcomes.

You will coach leaders, manage performance, oversee talent strategies, and ensure alignment with Memorial Hermann's mission of safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Certified HR professional (e.g. PHR, SPHR) preferred.
• Ten (10) years in HR business or client management with strategic talent planning and leadership development.
• Five (5) years of people management experience; strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and Talent/Business Partnership for senior leaders across locations.
• Advise leaders on change management, culture transformation and workforce strategy.
• Oversee employee relations, compensation, performance management and organizational effectiveness.
• Coach leaders, manage budgets, and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive training, leadership development and cross-functional collaboration across facilities.
