You will oversee employee relations, evaluations, benefits, HRIS reporting, onboarding, and new hire procedures, while driving engagement and diversity initiatives in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Professional HR designation preferred (HRCI/SHRM).
• Experience implementing HR programs and policies.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leadership to manage employee relations and policy adherence.
• Oversee performance evaluations and HRIS documentation.
• Respond to government and support center requests; attend hearings when needed.
• Coordinate leadership development and training opportunities.
• Promote engagement initiatives and employee recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws and regulations.
• Support compensation analysis and benefits timelines.
