Wareham Public Schools is seeking an experienced Human Resource & Finance Operations Manager to oversee the District’s personnel operations and provide management and oversight of payroll, salary administration, and personnel-related financial systems.

Reporting to the Superintendent of Schools and Director of Finance, the Manager serves as a key connection between Personnel/HR, Payroll, Finance, and district administration.

Formación

• Degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, payroll, personnel administration, finance, or related field.
• Experience with payroll, compensation, leaves, benefits, and personnel records.
• Public school, municipal, or public-sector experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with collective bargaining agreements preferred.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, CPP, or similar HR/payroll certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HR and payroll operations and personnel records.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and separations; manage leaves and benefits.
• Direct payroll processing, deductions, and salary calculations.
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate with Finance on salary projections and reports.
