SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to oversee HR and financial policy implementation across the Gaza and Ramallah mission. The role provides strategic and operational guidance, ensuring compliance with donors and local law, and acts as the main link between headquarters and the mission.

Based in Jerusalem with travel to Gaza, you will lead administrative HR, accounting and financial management, strengthen national staff capacity, and maintain internal controls,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration; humanitarian sector experience preferred.
• 3–4 years in a similar administrative HR/finance role.
• Experience implementing HR and financial policies across complex jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of donor rules and financial reporting requirements.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate implementation of SI’s HR and financial policies across the mission.
• Lead administrative HR, accounting and financial management for Gaza and Ramallah.
• Ensure compliance with SI procedures, donor requirements, and applicable law.
• Provide strategic and operational guidance to HQ and the mission; support base teams.
• Safeguard financial balance and ensure timely reporting and controls.
