Job summary

Solana HR Consulting is seeking an HR Director to lead vendor evaluation, negotiation, and management for healthcare, insurance, 401(k), HR technology, and other employee services in Tacoma.

You will partner with executive leadership, Finance, and Payroll to ensure cost-effective programs, implement new services, and drive cost savings while maintaining program quality. This onsite, full-time role requires 7+ years of HR experience with vendor management and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with strong vendor management
• Experience evaluating and negotiating vendor contracts and service agreements
• Direct experience leading major vendor implementations or organizational transitions

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage healthcare, insurance, 401(k), HR technology, and other employee services vendors.
• Lead vendor transitions and implementations with project plans, timelines, and risk controls.
• Partner with executive leadership, Finance, and Payroll to ensure cost-efficient vendor programs and alignment with organizational goals
• Develop data-driven HR strategies, budgets, and metrics to support company objectives
