Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive vendor management/healthcare operations experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity with enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise vendor management strategy and governance framework.
• Oversee vendor KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, and performance reviews.
• Manage vendor lifecycle from due diligence to transition and termination.
• Lead executive reviews and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across vendor relationships.
