Job summary

Rally House in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Sr. Director of Human Resources - Corporate to act as the strategic HR Business Partner for corporate leaders and to lead key HR Centers of Excellence.

You will align talent, organizational structure, and workforce capabilities with business priorities, translating priorities into scalable people strategies and solutions, while influencing senior leaders and driving change across a growing multi-unit retail organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership in multi-unit retail.
• Strong HR business partnership and succession planning.
• Experience with large, dispersed field organizations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
