Vera Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director HR Business Partner to build and drive the People Strategy for the R&D and Regulatory Functions. You will partner with HR SMEs to shape talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, communications, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience developing HR strategies in biotechnology.
• Expert-level experience developing strategic workforce plans from conception to implementation.
• Strong track record in a consultative client relationship role.
• Deep knowledge of organizational development and change management.
• Advocate for business unit while upholding HR best practices.
• Experience mentoring HR talent and investigations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and drive the People Strategy for the R&D & Regulatory Functions.
• Partner with HR SMEs to enable Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Communications, and Talent Development.
• Assess organizational needs and align People Strategy to Vera’s goals.
• Advise senior leaders on organization design, development, and change leadership.
• Lead corporate-wide programs to enhance employee experience and support growth.
