Job summary

Harmony Utica Ridge is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead HR operations and support facility culture in Davenport, IA. This role oversees payroll, employee relations, onboarding, and engagement to sustain a high standard of care for residents.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR, 2+ years HR experience (5+ years in HR Director role preferred in a Skilled Nursing Facility), and a PHR/SPHR certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years HR Director experience in Skilled Nursing Facility.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the HR department.
• Partner with managers on personnel matters across the facility.
• Manage and process facility payroll.
• Conduct pre-screening and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain positive employee engagement across the organization.
• Shape facility culture to support high standard of care for residents.
