Job summary

The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), a department of the City and County of San Francisco, seeks a Human Resources Director to lead Talent Acquisition, HR analytics, labor relations, workforce development, and compliance.

Provide HR analytics and reporting to executive team and directors.
Oversee workforce development, EAP services, and employee wellness programs.
Ensure compliance with DOT/FTA regulations and OSHA programs.
Lead and support five senior HR leaders managing ~90 HR staff.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
