• Analyze HR data to provide insights for decision making.
• Coach leaders and managers to support change and leadership.
• Support organizational design, including talent, structure, culture, and processes.
• Lead and adapt HR programs to evolving agency needs.
• Collaborate with statewide HR Communities of Practice.
• Build partnerships with HRMS and statewide teams to deliver HR solutions.
• Support legislative and external HR needs as required.
• Balance strategic thinking with practical execution and clear communication.
