Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or closely related field.
• 7+ years of HR leadership experience in distribution/manufacturing environments.
• Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sysco Speaks Associate Survey and analyze trends with senior management.
• Review and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
• Develop and maintain affirmatives action program and EEO reporting.
• Conduct investigations and prepare responses to EEOC/unemployment claims.
• Collaborate with site leaders on workforce staffing plans.
• Coordinate recruiting with Sysco Business Services to hire diverse, skilled workers.
• Direct resources to support prevention, accountability, and culture initiatives.
• Support Health, Safety and Environmental plans to reduce incidents.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to site HR staff and escalate issues as needed.
