Job summary

Jordan Valley is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead HR practices and drive a high-performance culture aligned with our mission to deliver quality care. This role oversees policy development, training, compensation, employee relations, and compliance across our Missouri operations.

As a strategic partner to the executive team, you will guide HR initiatives, manage consultants, and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements, including EEO, FMLA, ERISA, and OSHA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, management, business, social work, or related field. HR certification or relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of education.
• 1-3 years’ experience in HR or related field.
• PHR or SRHM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates implementation of HR services, policies, and programs through HR staff.
• Selects and supervises HR consultants and training specialists; coordinates with insurance brokers and pension administrators.
• Conducts ongoing review of HR policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of developments.
• Establishes departmental measurements to support organizational goals.
• Participates in executive and staff meetings and attends training and seminars.
• Defines HR training programs and provides education and materials to managers and employees.
