Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, public administration, healthcare administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience supporting HR compliance audits and regulatory reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of California employment law and federal labor regulations.
• Experience conducting or overseeing workplace investigations.
• Advanced HRIS reporting and workforce analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, workforce administration, employee relations, and compliance programs.
• Lead HR management staff and ensure consistent policies across locations.
• Oversee workplace investigations and sensitive personnel matters.
• Manage HR compliance audits, personnel files, I-9 documentation, licensure tracking, and wage-and-hour compliance.
• Support regulatory readiness and accreditation activities.
• Analyze workforce metrics, turnover, vacancies, labor costs, recruitment performance, and leave utilization.
• Prepare workforce reports, dashboards and KPIs for executive decision-making.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee recordkeeping.
• Partner with leadership on compensation, budgeting, and workforce planning.
• Provide HR guidance and training to managers on employment law, investigations, and best practices.
• Support workers’ compensation administration and workplace safety initiatives.
