Job summary

Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the people function for roughly 1,100 employees across four states. This on-site role is based at our Pendleton, Oregon headquarters and requires strategic HR leadership with hands-on ownership.

You will own the HR function across Adaugeo, Praxis Health, and Interpath Laboratory, building a team and addressing complex issues like compliance, compensation strategy, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience across multiple states with diverse compliance rules.
• Healthcare, clinical, or multi-site HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR function for Adaugeo, Praxis Health, and Interpath across states.
• Build and lead the HR team, including Talent Acquisition and HR Partner.
• Tackle complex compliance, compensation strategy, and employee relations to resolution.
• Partner with C-Suite to shape organizational strategy and decision-making.
