Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to develop business and talent strategies.
• Experience leading HR teams across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR partnership with Leadership Team to align people strategy with business goals.
• Direct talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Oversee organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
• Coordinate HR processes across organizations, ensuring efficiency and customer service.
• Guide employee relations and risk management to maintain a positive workplace.
• Lead compensation planning and workforce analytics to inform decisions.
• Serve as HR leader for assigned regions and drive global consistency.
