• Design and continuously improve the integrated workforce planning process across the enterprise.
• Translate workforce planning needs into practical process designs, governance routines, and adoption plans.
• Lead talent review, calibration, and succession processes with a focus on critical roles and readiness.
• Integrate skills, career development, and internal mobility into workforce decisions.
• Define governance models, success measures, and reporting expectations.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Analytics, Finance, and business leaders to enable workforce readiness.
